1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (£4.99)
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (£6.99)
Free standard delivery on orders over £50.
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
4. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen postal or weather delays may occur. Aurora Skin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing the order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

We want you to love your Aurora Skin products. If you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Due to hygiene reasons, used skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at cs@auroraskin.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
